A locally sourced, home cooked and seasonal menu, washed down with something a bit special, that’s the bold but simple aim of the Southsea Beach Cafe.

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and drink, and unadulterated views over the Solent. There is even a retractable roof for that uncertain sunshine. The cafe serves freshly made breakfast with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, plus a wide range of super-tasty lunches, and is open late into the evening for dinner during the summer months.

It was Summer 2011, waves played the pebbles gently back and forth at the waters edge with gulls laughing over head. Observing from the promenade, a then young looking Mr Clarke revisited his dream of a more elegant place to sit, eat & enjoy. It took 3 years, some ​​grey​ highlights and a little help from his friends to make the dream a reality. Pop in and see​ for yourself​!
