Portsmouth’s award-winning Visitor Information Team is on hand to help you make the most of your next visit. Whether you need local insight on places to visit, information on getting around, or have any question, no matter how small you may think it is, our team is here to help.
You can contact the Visitor Information service by telephone: 023 9282 6722 (phone lines open 10am - 4pm daily), or by emailing: vis@portsmouthcc.gov.uk.
There are three main Visitor Information Points in the city: at the Hard Interchange, Portsmouth Museum, and The D-Day Story.
The Visitor Information Points also stock a number of Portsmouth-themed gifts and treats, so you can take home a memento of your trip or buy a gift for loved ones.

Opening hours
April to September: seven days a week, 9.45am to 4.15pm
October to March: Thursday to Sunday, 9.45am to 4.15pm
There will be a 30-minute closure for lunch each day.
Please note the information point may be closed for a short period each day - signage will be in place.
Update: The Visitor Information Point will be closed on Friday 11 October but open on Wednesday 16 October.
