Pompey will celebrate a double title triumph with an event at Southsea Common on Sunday.

The occasion will see fans, club officials and players from the men’s and women’s teams come together to mark a memorable campaign.

A dramatic win over Barnsley last week saw the men claim the League One silverware, while the women are champions of the National League Southern Premier Division.

The festivities will include live entertainment from 1pm to 4pm, with players expected on stage from around 2pm after travelling directly to the event.

Organisation of the event has been supported by Portsmouth City Council. Fans are advised there will be no parade, and to walk or use public transport where possible to get to and from Southsea Common.

BBQs will not be permitted. Food will be available to purchase on the day, while an unreserved accessible platform is being erected.
