2025 event highlights

Looking for new things to do with the kids during half term? Every Thursday during the school holidays there’s always something for little ones to enjoy, from disco parties to craft sessions. There’s a children’s play area at Port Solent too.

To celebrate the late May Bank Holiday, Port Solent is hosting a Spring Fayre event on Saturday 24 May – think traditional games, and lots of fun entertainment!

Gaining in popularity each year, Port Solent’s Comic Con event is unmissable, and will be held this year on Saturday 14 June. Fans can meet characters, browse collectibles and celebrate their favorite fandoms.

Across spring and summer regular events include Car Meet events on Thursdays and Sundays, as well as the popular Waterside Markets - offering the chance to shop local crafts and produce.

And, as Christmas approaches, the Boardwalk transforms into a winter wonderland with market stalls and festive cheer. The two-day Festival of Christmas Markets feature a mix of stall holders from local artisans, festive entertainment and seasonal food and drink.
