About
Portsmouth's newest Brewhouse & Kitchen offers great ales, with views out across Southsea Common.
Taking over the old White Horse (Langtrees) building, the city's second Brewhouse continues the success of the first, with quality food and drink served in its homely interior - where many of its beers are brewed on-site.
There are more than 70 craft beers to try out, offering various styles, price points and ABVs. Stick with the core range and you'll get beer brewed on-site, with the equipment clearly visible inside the pub itself.
Of course, it's not just craft beer you can enjoy, but a range of wines, ciders, spirits and soft drinks - as well as a menu full of pub classics - including traditional Sunday roasts. On the menu you can also find tasting notes, to guide you on the best beer pairing for your food choice.
There's a huge terrace at the front of the pub, offering plentiful seating with views out across the westernmost point of Southsea Common. There are benches on which to soak up the sun, or small booths that provide ideal hideaways from the elements.
