Look Up Portsmouth returns to the city over the weekend of 14 and 15 September, following its incredibly successful debut in 2023.

Organised by renowned street artist and Portsmouth local, My Dog Sighs, the inaugural Look Up festival saw internationally renowned artists create brand new works on walls across the city - live.

Artists included: My Dog Sighs, Phlegm, The London Police, Hera, Inkie, Kashink, Gary Stranger, Liam Bononi, Paul Monsters, Farkfk, Mister Samo, Alexandra Gallagher, Getting Up To Stuff, Snub23, Epod, Nol, Ooberla, Midge, Mook, and many more. They headed to Portsmouth to showcase their talents from as far afield as Germany, France, Amsterdam and the USA.

As well as the displays - which were viewed by some 20,000 visitors across the weekend, there were workshops attended by 540 people.
