The Wedgewood Rooms hosts an event to raise funds for Music Fusion; part rumble sale, part fund raiser, part showcase.

Music Fusion specialises in working with young people experiencing challenging life circumstances. This includes those with poor mental / physical health, coming from backgrounds of extreme poverty, young offenders, drug and alcohol abusers, those not in employment or mainstream education, disabled, neuro-diverse, BAME and LGBTQ+. The young people it works with often demonstrate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and trauma. Music Fusion is a safe place for them to take a breath, connect, make friends and create great music. It gives them a voice, a platform and a cause to get behind.

Through music, positive role models and peer support, Music Fusion aims to build young people's empathy, critical thinking, self-esteem, confidence and resilience. Through the positive social narrative of their music, it aims to build back bridges between the young people and their communities.
