About
Blue's is a family-run restaurant bringing the taste of Albania to Southsea's Osborne Road.
Breakfast is served all day, with an Albanian version available alongside the more traditional English options. It comes loaded with suxhuk (an Albanian sausage) plus olives, fresh tomatoes, creamy peppers, feta and simit (a bread covered in sesame seeds).
The traditional Albanian eats continue with the likes of menmen, cilbir, burek, llokuma and saganaki. And of course, if you'd rather stick closer to home there are British and French offerings too, with baguettes, omelettes, croques and more.
Blue's dessert menu is equally Albanian influenced, so you can sample trileque (a three-milk sponge) or 'sugar money' (lemon cookies).
To drink there's quality coffee, as well as soft drinks and tempting ice cream milkshakes.
