Flip Out Portsmouth is a huge arena of integrated interconnected trampolines, where you can spring, trick or flip off the walls on the largest trampolines out there.

Whether you’re an Olympic snowboarder, a free runner, ballet dancer, cheerleading squad, young skater, active adult or youngster, Flip Out is the place for you. It includes a dedicated junior arena (with a multi-level soft play area), two foam pits, slam-dunk basketball area, air track, gymnastics sprung floor, parkour area and stunt box section.

Flip Out is all about fun and is so much more than just bouncing. With dedicated events like After Dark disco nights you’ll never get bored.

Some of the most popular sessions of the week include:
Flip ‘N’ Feed – 1 or 2 hours of jumping with dinner included after and all washed down with a tasty Star Slush
Evening Specials – 3 hours of jumping from 6pm-9pm
Mini Flippers -The perfect session for the little ones who are 5 and under, Mini Flippers provides a great location for little play dates and for meeting new mums and dads. There are also costume visits by the most popular children’s characters to give the youngsters even more of an experience.

Of course, Flip Out offers children’s parties too, and is among the most popular venues to host your party in within the local area. With a mix of price ranges and packages available, you’ll have no trouble building your perfect package for the perfect party.

Onsite is a large rustic café which sells a mixed arrangement of freshly made food and snacks, along with tasty coffees and teas. A large free car park is also available, as well as baby changing facilities, three party rooms, a bouncy castle, free Wi-Fi in the café and a gaming zone too!
