Get ready to challenge your limits at the Keep Attacking - Portsmouth assault race! This exhilarating event promises an unforgettable experience as racers navigate a unique 4-mile course that blends the beauty of the Portsmouth shoreline with the rugged terrain of local woodlands. The event is designed for participants of all skill levels who are up for a challenge and eager to test their endurance and strength.

The day begins with a military-style warm-up session led by experienced instructors. It will set the tone for the race, so participants can mentally and physically gear up for what's ahead.

The course itself stretches for four miles and includes multiple steep inclines and tough terrain. There will also be obstacles along the way that will test participants' agility, co-ordination strength and problem-solving abilities.

At the race end there will be hot food and drinks available, as well as a supportive environment to share stories and celebrate achievements,

 

Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate sportswear, sturdy footwear, and bring water. A change of clothes for after the race is strongly encouraged.
