Sherlock Holmes Le Collier de la Mort

There are two posters in the exhibition promoting this film.

The first is the 1962 French version of "Sherlock Holmes and the Deadly Collar" It stars Christopher Lee, Senta Berger, Ivan Desny and Bernard Lajarrige.

Co-directed by Terence Fisher and Frank Winterstein, this film was first released in Germany in1962, with the French edition following in 1964. Based upon Conan Doyle's Valley of Fear, Sherlock Holmes (Christopher Lee) and Dr Watson (Thorley Walters) fight Professor Moriarty  (Hans Sohnker) for a necklace from Cleopatra's tomb.

The second is for the German-French-Italian version for the film.
